The 26-year-old suspect fled the scene of a disturbance in the 900 block of Westwood Drive on April 15. It was determined that an assault had taken place against the suspect’s family member, including strangulation. Ramos stands 5’11”, 180 lbs, with brown hair, and brown eyes.
