Summer Reading Program begins June 5
Make plans to join in the fun during the 2023 Summer Reading Program from June 5 through July 31. This year’s theme is All Together Now.
RRPL is hosting reading challenges and activities for babies, kids, teens, and adults. Summer is a unique season when many people, particularly those in school, have extra unstructured time to explore their own interests. The Library applauds self-directed discovery and has a wealth of materials and friendly helpers to support everyone on their journeys. Explore the information below for our Summer Reading programs.
There’s a Summer Reading Challenge for every age. Earn prizes with our mobile-friendly software–it’s easier than ever to register families together and to update several individual reading logs at the same time. Register and track your reading from June 5 to July 31. You may claim your prizes – using our library “Book Bucks” – from June 12 to July 31.

Model good habits for younger readers in your life by participating in the Adult Summer Reading Program! Count your reading time, attend a library program, or complete a fun mission to earn points and be entered into a prize giveaway at the end of the program. The grand prize is a Dell Chromebook! We also have a Summer Fun reading list.
