A new multistory office building, with 22,500 square feet of Class A space, is in the midst of construction at 559 S. I-35, Round Rock. Developed by The Crow Group, the developer is in talks with businesses both in and out of Texas for leasing opportunities, Managing Director Justin Northcutt said.
