Baca Center once again wins Senior Resource Guide’s Best of 2020 Award
For five years and running, the Allen R. Baca Center for Senior and Community Activities wins the Senior Resource Guide’s Best of 2020 Award in the Leisure & Lifestyle category. The Center was also named BEST PLACE TO GET FIT.
With a record number of votes, 2020 proved to be the fiercest competition yet as Central Texans cast their vote in Senior Resource Guide’s annual Readers’ Choice Awards.
The multi-award winning Allen R. Baca Center for Senior and Community Activities is an adult activity center with social, recreational, and educational programs specifically for adults ages 50 and up. The building includes a cardio/weight room, meeting spaces, banquet room, kitchen, library, billiards and an arts and crafts room.
The Senior Resource Guide provides lifestyle resources for active aging adults, caregivers and elder care professionals in Texas. It directs over half a million readers annually to local products and services and is considered the “one-stop shop for all things relating to active aging.”
