40 North food trailer owner and Hopdoddy creator to open pizzeria in Round Rock

Members of the SMGB Hospitality Group will open a new pizzeria, PS35—which is intended to have an Austin-like vibe—at 1500 S. I-35, Ste. 35, Round Rock, sometime in early April. Ben Cachila, one of the founding members of SMGB, previously worked with Uchi, a sushi restaurant founded in Austin in 2003 and has since opened additional locations in Dallas and Houston. Cachila said the restaurant will feature a large indoor space with an outdoor pavilion and stage. The restaurant’s owners are building a deck underneath the trees to feature games including foosball and cornhole.
