2021 Tax Year forms now available at the Library
We currently have available the following forms and instructions for the 2021 tax year: 1040 and 1040-SR in English and Spanish. We do not have the instructions for Forms 1040 and 1040-SR yet.
The forms are available in the Sheppard Street entrance.
Note: Tax forms now come in a booklet format. The tax form booklets do not contain the instructions.
You can obtain additional Forms and Instructions through:

Tax Preparation Assistance

APPOINTMENTS ONLY AT THIS LOCATION; WALK-INS NOT ACCEPTED.
Generally, free income tax preparation is available for households earning less than $55,000 annually. For more information and eligibility, please call 512-610-7374.

Our partner Foundation Communities has delayed the start of tax preparation services at the library for the 2021 tax season. They will offer tax preparation by appointment only using their Airport Blvd location.
