Williamson County is seeking input on whether community residents are prepared for natural disasters in a survey available online until July 13. Local emergency managers are hoping to hear information such as how prepared residents are for tornadoes or house fires, or which community houses are located in flood plains. The county will use the information to update the hazard mitigation plan, according to a county news release.
