Veracruz All Natural to open first brick and mortar location in Round Rock

Austin-based food truck Veracruz All Natural will open its first brick and mortar location inside the La Frontera shopping center in Round Rock in late March or early April. The restaurant is owned and operated by sisters Reyna and Maritza Vazquez, who are from Veracruz, Mexico. They started the trailer eight years ago as a juice and smoothie trailer, but began serving tacos and quesadillas, which they soon became recognized for, said Ryan Meyers, Reyna’s husband and the restaurant’s media coordinator.
