Vacant Four Points Wal-Mart location sold to investor touting ‘great campus setting’
The former 220,000-square-foot Wal-Mart Supercenter, located at 8201 N. RR 620, Austin, was sold to PacVentures, Inc., a California-based commercial real estate company on Aug. 22, PacVentures Founding Principal Andrew Kaplan said. The store closed Jan. 28. “We are looking at converting [the building] into offices and nontraditional uses such as recreational facilities,” he said.
