Here are X things to know to be an informed citizen in the Round Rock, Pflugerville and Hutto area: 1. Pflugerville ISD has named a new superintendent, which coincidentally means Hutto ISD will lose theirs, should Doug Killian be approved. State law mandates that PfISD must wait 21 days after announcing Killian as the superintendent candidate before officially offering him a contract. This period can be used for public input.
