Soccer Complex renovation project to close a portion of Harrell Parkway in Old Settlers Park April 3-12.  A new drainage culvert is being installed under Harrell Parkway just west of the Rock’N River Waterpark driveway.  This work is part of the Soccer Complex renovation and will require Harrell Parkway to be closed from April 3-12, 2017.    All facilities in OSP will remain open and accessible for use.  However, vehicular access to each of the facilities will be impacted.  Please enter the park using Old Settlers Blvd or Redbud Lane.   Please see map for more information (PDF).  We will communicate any changes to this road closure if they arise.
