To celebrate Snow Pea Chinese Restaurant & Sushi Bar’s two-year anniversary at its Lakeline location, owner Kiminsuk Ho decided to introduce yet another type of cuisine to her Asian-fusion menu—Korean foods. Ho’s sister Haesuk created the Korean menu for Snow Pea, which offers Chinese foods—such as hot and sour soup, sweet and sour chicken and garlic pork—and Japanese dishes such as sashimi and sushi rolls. Korean foods include pork bulgogi, bibimbap, and jajangmyeon, a black noodle dish.
