Sen. Watson proposes funding options for TxDOT’s $4.3B plan for I-35

State Sen. Kirk Watson, D-Austin, proposed several options May 26 to help fund the Texas Department of Transportation’s $4.3 billion plan to improve I-35 in Hays, Travis and Williamson counties.
