Round Rock swears in fire chief, opens 2 new fire stations

Robert Isbell began his tenure as Round Rock’s fire chief with a swearing-in ceremony Monday outside of Fire Station No. 4, one of two new fire stations that opened this week in Round Rock. Isbell previously held the position of fire chief for the city of Midland and was selected by the city of Round Rock in October o to fill a vacancy created when David Coatney accepted the fire chief position for the city of Dallas in June.
