Round Rock moves forward with parks projects

The city of Round Rock is gearing up for some major changes to Old Settlers Park. Round Rock City Council approved a $584,589 contract with Halff Associates Inc. on Sept. 10 to design the Old Settlers Palm Valley Adult Sports Complex Project. The complex will include facilities for sand volleyball, bocce ball, horseshoes, soccer and 3-4 adult softball fields.
