Round Rock ISD trustees mull how to fill vacant board seat
The Round Rock ISD board of trustees on Thursday voted for, then rescinded, a decision to postpone discussion on what to do about its open Place 4 seat that was vacated by Trustee Terri Romere when she resigned this month. The board’s lawyer will “verify if it’s possible to hold” an election for the open seat in May, according to an email sent last night by Corey Ryan, RRISD’s director of communications and community relations.
