Police identify body found in Brushy Creek

Round Rock Police have identified the person discovered in Brushy Creek on May 26 as Shannon Lee Clawson, a missing person reported to the Department on May 21.

Police issued a missing person bulletin on May 23 based on information from Mr. Clawson’s family regarding his safety due to mental health concerns. Preliminary autopsy information indicates there are no suspicious injuries or trauma to the decedent. The Department will furnish additional information as it becomes available.
