What we reported In September, Costco, one of the country’s largest wholesale shopping chains, confirmed plans to come to Pflugerville. Living Spaces, a California-based furniture retailer, will build a massive distribution and retail center in Pflugerville. The Living Spaces deal is one of the largest economic development projects in Pflugerville’s history.   Pflugerville may also be getting its first hospital, as the city and a medical provider have been in discussions regarding a Pflugerville location.
