Pflugerville preps for its first horizontal mixed-use development on Pecan Street
Dirt is turning along Pecan Street near SH 130 in Pflugerville as construction crews prepare land for a proposed horizontal mixed-use development, the first in the city. Crews will extend Helios Way westward and construct a new road, Biltmore Avenue, on approximately 72 acres west of Impact Way. The land, referred to as the Timmerman Subdivision in city documents, will feature a hotel, a restaurant, six pads designated for office use, two pads for retail, four large sites planned for office/warehouse use and multifamily housing.
