Pflugerville City Council decides to wait on filling 6th seat

Pflugerville voters decided to change the composition of the city council when they voted for Proposition 1 in the Nov. 8 election. Passage of Proposition 1 did two things – it gave the mayor a vote on agenda items, and it added another seat to the city council, bringing the number of council members to six.
