Pena, Heath win Pflugerville City Council elections
Posted Nov. 3 at 11:05 p.m. Omar Pena won re-election to Pflugerville City Council Place 3, according to unofficial results, with 80.57 percent of the vote, or 2,779 votes. Challenger Phil Osars Emia received 19.43 percent of the vote, or 670 votes. “I thank the citizens for their confidence in me and am delighted they have entrusted me to serve another three years on City Council,” Pena said.
