No deal in place for Pflugerville’s Hawaiian Falls

In Pflugerville, there is no water park deal. A special meeting Wednesday night to finalize  terms of a lease and operating agreement between Katy-based water park company Typhoon Texas, the city of Pflugerville and the Pflugerville Community Development Corp. didn’t end as planned. An agreement is not in place for the Hawaiian Falls property.
