McNeil Road closed east of IH-35

The Southwest Downtown Phase 5B project has necessitated several road closures, effective immediately. McNeil Road east of IH-35, and portions of South Blair Street and W. Bagdad Avenue will be closed for the duration of the project. The project is anticipated to be complete in early 2018.  A map showing the impacted areas along with detour routes is included below.

The project will improve and develop Bagdad Avenue, McNeil Road, Florence Street, and Blair Street to provide residents better access to adjoining businesses and downtown Round Rock.  Improvements include curb and gutter, sidewalk pavers, utility infrastructure, landscaping, and street lighting.
