Lyft users can now donate a portion of ride proceeds to American Red Cross

Central Texas residents can now donate to Hurricane Harvey relief funds by ride-sharing, a news release from Lyft said. The ride-share business said customers around the world can round up the fare of their Lyft trip between now and the end of September and donate the difference to the American Red Cross. For residents not interested in ride-sharing, the business will host supply drives in Austin and San Antonio.
