Leander to receive ‘mid-century modern’ condos this summer

Leander will soon have a new subdivision with 1960s-style homes. Construction on the first eight model homes of Starlight Village will be completed by early summer, said Mike Kopecky, owner of Starlight Village LLC, the developer of the project. Upon completion, the property, located at 1001 Horizon Park Blvd., will have 29 detached homes. The property is located 1.8 miles from the Capital Metro’s MetroRail station.
