Leander ISD to host state of district event Feb. 5

Leander ISD Superintendent Bret Champion will host the State of the District event Feb. 5 to inform the public about LISD’s growth during the past year and discuss what is to come in the future. LISD has more than 36,000 students and is expected to gain another 20,000 students in the next 10 years, according to LEEF, or Leander ISD Educational Excellence Foundation.
