Hutto police chief, assistant chief to be sworn in April 6

The new top brass of the Hutto Police Department will be sworn in at 6 p.m. Thursday. Byron Frankland will become the new chief, and Paul Hall will become assistant chief. The community is invited to attend the ceremony at Hutto City Hall, 401 W. Front St., Hutto.
