Homes sales in Cedar Park and Leander decreased year-over-year in July

Homes sales in Cedar Park and Leander decreased 0.8 percent year-over-year in July, and the median price of a sold home fell 4.5 percent to $291,273, according to the July 2017 Central Texas Housing Market Report released Aug. 17 by the Austin Board of Realtors. Across the Austin-Round Rock metro area, single-family home sales increased 2.8 percent year-over-year to 2,892 home sales.
