Evening lane closures planned on Mays Street

Evening lane closures will take place along Mays Street between Old Settlers Boulevard and U.S. 79 starting May 29 as a contractor working for TxDOT resurfaces the road.

The closures will take place from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. on the following dates: May 29-31, June 3-7 and June 10-13. Closures will take place one lane at a time and alternate as work progresses. Roadway and business access will remain open during the resurfacing project.

Motorists are reminded to slow down and drive with caution through work zones.
