Cottage housing, annexations, day care evaluated by Leander City Council
Leander City Council covered several housing and zoning items during a June 15 meeting: Council members approved Journey Bible Fellowship’s request to amend the zoning of a 3-acre property from single family rural to a planned unit development. The PUD limits the use of the land—which falls east of the Catalina Ranch residential subdivision and is adjacent to Journey Bible Church—to a day care.
