City proposes Gattis School Road/Westview Drive property annexation
The City of Round Rock, Texas proposes to institute annexation proceedings to enlarge and extend the boundary limits of said city to include approximately 36.95 acres of land, more or less, described as being out of the ASA Thomas Survey, Abstract No. 609, situated in Williamson County, Texas (see map below).
The first of two public hearings on the referenced property will be held by and before the City Council of the City of Round Rock, Texas on the 1st day of December, 2016, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers of the Round Rock City Hall located at 221 East Main Street, Round Rock, Texas, for all persons interested in the above-described proposed annexation. At said time and place all such persons shall have the right to appear and be heard. Of all said matters and things, all persons interested in the subject matter herein mentioned shall take notice.
