Cap Metro considers proposed RR 620/RR 2222 bypass road for Four Points Park & Ride

To alleviate traffic congestion along RR 620 in western Travis County, Capital Metropolitan Transportation Authority recommended constructing and maintaining a Park & Ride bus service facility in Four Points in its Connections 2025 plan, spokesperson Mariette Hummel said. The Connections plan is used to establish a more frequent, reliable and connected transit system, to be implemented in phases over the next 10 years, beginning in January 2017, according to Cap Metro’s website. The Four Points project is slated for a 2018 study, Hummel said.
