Bryson subdivision continues growth with potential for more than 200 new lots
The Leander Planning and Zoning Commission approved a preliminary plat for new residential lots, a school and parks at the Bryson development off of US 183 during a meeting Thursday night. The Bryson subdivision could grow by 204 single-family lots, one school lot, three park lots, four homeowners association landscaped lots and one HOA drainage lot, according to the agenda packet.
