Austin Community College trustees stepping down

Austin Community College District’s board of trustees is set for major changes in late 2016. Four trustees are vacating their seats in December, when newly elected officials are set to be sworn in. The terms of trustees Jeffrey Richard, Guadalupe Sosa and Victor Villarreal will end this year, and they will not seek re-election. Trustee Allen Kaplan is resigning his post after serving on the board for 22 years.
