It seems like it is as simple as supply and demand, though statistics show there may be more rentals available soon. According to the Williamson County Association of Realtors, more than 25 percent of the deeds transferred in May were non-owner-occupied properties. Those numbers are parallel with national statistics, which may not be a good sign, according to National Association of Realtors President William E. Brown.
