The Cedar Park Parks, Arts and Community Enrichment board met to talk about city projects July 10. The PACE Board oversees cultural and recreational programming in Cedar Park. Here are some proposals, announcements and events from the meeting: Parks and Recreation Director Curt Randa said his department has scheduled two upcoming concerts. Kaylee Rutland will perform July 19, and the Mike Daniels Band will perform Aug. 16. Both shows begin at 7 p.m. at the Cedar Park Recreation Center’s sculpture garden and are free to the public.
