Monday The city of Cedar Park hosts Halloween in the Hall, during which guests can trick or treat for free from 3-5 p.m. at City Hall, 450 Cypress Creek Road, Cedar Park. Children can play on fire trucks and police cars and collect candy. The Shenandoah Baptist fall festival is an alternative to Halloween and features carnival games, a petting zoo, bounce houses, laser tag, a cake walk, face painting, food and candy. The free event takes place from 6:30-8:30 p.m. at Shenandoah Baptist Church, 3003 Blue Ridge Drive, Cedar Park.
