Cedar Park and Leander residents should be aware of increased police patrols, the closure of the Robin Bledsoe Park splash pad and other events this week. 1. Cedar Park police up DWI enforcement From June 24-July 5, the Cedar Park Police Department will increase patrol presence on local roadways to discourage and monitor for impaired driving violations as part of the ongoing regional Selective Traffic Enforcement Program initiative.
